A pressure-balancing feature helps maintain temperature even when other water sources in the house are in use. The four-port valve with volume control and integral check stops also provides an adjustable temperature limit stop to control maximum hot water temperature, while its 1225 cartridge accommodates back-to-back installations. Featuring durable-brass construction, this valve meets ASSE performance requirements and is backed by Moen's Limited Lifetime Warranty.
