Once in place, the valve makes it possible to swap out different styles of decorative trim kits without ever touching the plumbing–simply untwist your current trim kit from the top and lock your new trim kit into place. The Moen M-PACT widespread lavatory rough-in valve with drain assembly (model 9000) allows you to upgrade the trim style or swap out finishes on your fixtures without replacing the valves. So once the system is in place, you can change your decor as often as you want at any point in time — during construction process or years down the road. All changes can be made above the deck or in front of the wall, and it just takes few minutes. Best of all, the M-Pact Common Valve System is as easy to install as a standard valve.
The 9000 widespread lavatory valve features a 1/2-inch IPS connection type, a 1224 cartridge type, and brass construction.
